Web-based tech platform launched to reduce cancer care costs

The panel discussion on private public partnerships to create a common knowledge base to build research consortia was led by Dr. Willaim Selvamurthy, President of Amity Science, Tech and Innovation Foundation, New Delhi. CEO of AP Innovation Society Valli Kumari, Andhra University Vice Chancellor G Nageswara Rao, Dean-in charge of School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad Pallu Reddanna and Director of Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital D. Raghunadha Rao were among those who spoke. An International delegation from Russia and Belarus, under leadership of Dr. S Subramanian, Founder and CEO of Eurasian Federation of Oncology and Dr. Alla Molchanova, from National Academy of Sciences, Minsk, Belarus, provided an overview of Cancer Care and Research in Russia and former Soviet Republics and how they were seeking collaboration with private -public partnerships with AP and other states in India.
