Andhra dishes set to tickle taste buds of delegates

more-in To pep up the mood of the large number of investors flocking the city to attend the CII Partnership Summit and Sunrise Andhra Pradesh Investment Meet, a large variety of the famed Andhra dishes will be served at the State dinner being hosted by Chief Minister N. The CII, which is organising the three-day event in association with the State government and the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, would also host a dinner for the delegates and VIPs at Hotel Novotel Varun Beach the following day. Arrangements had been made to engage a caterer to serve lunch for the participants at the APIIC grounds, Harbour Park, during the summit. Araku Valley Coffee grown organically by the tribal people of Visakhapatnam and marketed by the Girijan Cooperative Corporation would be another attraction at the venue. Flavour of Araku coffee The coffee, famous for its aroma and unique flavour, was a big hit with the foreign delegates during the earlier two editions of summit. The GCC had also opened an outlet in Paris. The Kondapalli and Etikoppaka toys and various handicrafts sold by Lepakshi would be the star attraction at the exhibition being organised at the summit venue. Meanwhile, the city is being spruced up as part of the beautification drive on the eve of the summit. Besides tree plantation, carpet grass is being laid at various places. A fresh coat of paint is being given to various structures.
