VISAKHAPATNAM/VIZIANAGARAM : Vizianagaram district collector Vivek Yadav announced that the district plans to set a record by building 20,000 private toilets across the district by March 14. Only 20% of the 24 lakh population in the district use private toilets The main monitoring cell has already been set up with authorities from 19 departments coordinating on the field. During a meet at the collectorate, Yadav noted that the programme would begin on March 10 at 6 am and end by March 14.
