Visakhapatnam: The railways has decided to operate a special train between Thiruvananthapuram and Silchar via Vijayawada and Vizag to clear extra rush of passengers.The 02515 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Silchar special train will leave Thiruvanantapuram at 12.05am on Thursday and arrive at Vizag at 8am on Friday. The train will departure at 8.20am from Vizag and reach Silchar at 5am on Sunday.En route, this train will stop at Kollam, Kayankulam, Mavelikara, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Aluva, Thrissur, Palghat, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Chennai Central, Ongole, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Vizag, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Berhampur, Balugaon, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Jajpur-Keonjhar Road, Bhadrak, Balasore, Kharagpur, Santragachhi, Howrah, Bolpur-Santiniketan, Rampurhat, Pakur, New Farakka Junction, Malda Town, Kishanganj, New Jalpaiguri, Dhupguri, New Coochbehar, New Alipurduar, Kokrajhar, New Bongaigaon, Barpeta Road, Rangiya, Kamkhya, Guwahati, Hojai, Lumding, New Halflong and Badarpur.
