Tsunami has been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) that includes 363 and Section 25(1A) in Arms Act.
Ex-Bigg Boss Kannada contestant, Tsunami Kitty has been arrested on the charges of abduction by Jnana Bharathi police.
Girish, a bartender filed a police complaint where he claimed that he was kidnapped on February 28 by Kitty and his friends who took him to a secluded area and assaulted him gravely.
It all happened after one of Kitty’s friends suspected his wife of having an affair. As per the victim’s statement, Kitty’s wife Deepa, along with her male friend, Taushik would visit the bar frequently. They made a plan to kidnap Taushik but instead got involved with Girish, whom they later abducted in order to leak out information about Deepa and Taushik.
