Salman Khan landing in jail for 1998 black buck poaching case, has shocked everyone, right from his fans to his celebrity friends.
And in the latest update of the case, the actor’s bail has been delayed by the sessions court and now the hearing of the case will take place tomorrow that is 7th of April.
The actor’s lawyers already moved a bail application before the sessions court on 6th April, in hope that he will be relieved and if not then they will move to the Rajasthan High Court.
Salman can challenge the conviction in the Rajasthan High Court within 90 days.
But as of now, the megastar will have to spend another night in the Jodhpur Central jail.
In the process, Bollywood star Salman Khan became Qaidi No. 106 and has the rape-accused, self-styled godman Asaram Bapu, as his neighbour, with only the wall separating the two.
He was handed the conviction and the subsequent sentencing by the Chief Judicial Magistrate in Jodhpur, where the prosecutors insisted that Salman is a habitual offender- which is believed to have weighed heavily against him.
