Police complaint against Tanushree Dutta for defaming Raj Thackeray and MNS

A case of defamation has been filed on Tanushree for her comments and the accused has been asked to approach the nearest court to take the case further.

Tanushree Dutta recently opened up about the harassment she faced on the sets of Horn Ok Please in 2008 and alleged that Nana Patekar created a ruckus using his political support when she disagreed to do the obscene step. Tanushree went on to say that her car was vandalised by MNS party workers who arrived at the shooting sets on Nana’s call. And now, her allegations on Nana Patekar and MNS has ruffled many furthers resulting in legal notices being sent to her. A day go, Tanushree said that she received two separate legal notices from Nana Patekar and Vivek Agnihotri. And now, another police complaint has been filed against Tanushree Dutta.

MNS party workers in Bheed district, Maharashtra have filed a police complaint against Tanushree Dutta for her alleged comments on MNS party and its chief Raj Thackeray. A case of defamation has been filed on Tanushree for her comments and the accused has been asked to approach the nearest court to take the case further.

As recently as yesterday, Tanushree Dutta, in her statement, had said that she is paying the price for speaking the truth referring to the legal notices sent by Nana and Vivek. And while that was happening, another police case gets filed against the Aashiq Banaya Apne actress. While many Bollywood celebrities have been standing up for her, the movement still needs the support of bigger actors in the industry which is yet to come by.
