"Dirty Dancing' executive producer Allison Shearmur passed away

As per reports she was suffering from lung cancer. Before transitioning into a producer role, Shearmur was the executive VP of production at Universal Pictures and later co-president of Paramount Pictures.
Veteran Hollywood producer Allison Shearmur, who produced movies like ‘Hunger Game’, ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ took her last breath at 54.
As per reports she was suffering from lung cancer. Before transitioning into a producer role, Shearmur was the executive VP of production at Universal Pictures and later co-president of Paramount Pictures
She was an executive producer on the 2017 television movie “Dirty Dancing” through her Allison Shearmur Productions company.
