As soon as the World premiere ended netizens rushed to Twitter to dig out everything they can find about the biggest crossover of the year Avengers Infinity War.

Brandon Davis of ComicBook.com called it ‘relentless’. “Avenger: Infinity War is a spectacle. It’s enormous. It’s bigger than anyone is ready for and it’s an absolute roller coaster. It’s dark. It’s fun. It’s heavy. It’s thrilling. Infinity War is unlike anything that has ever come before it,” he wrote in a tweet and also gave a big warning to Marvel fans. “STAY AWAY FROM SPOILERS. DO NOT HAVE AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR SPOILED FOR YOU. THIS IS NOT A DRILL,” he wrote in a tweet.

Having set in clues and plunge storyline for this over the past 10 years of Marvel Cinematic Universe blockbusters, this all-out battle between cosmic fanatic Thanos and virtually every single superhero that the franchise has brought into the fold assembles for one gigantic winner-take-all fight over the fate of the entire universe.

The legendary Infinity Stones & Thanos

In case you've forgotten which Infinity Stone is which or perhaps aren't exactly sure about the Infinity Gauntlet. Or maybe you simply can't remember whether that major universe-changing event happened in Wakanda or Asgard.

Six legendary Infinity Stones, which Thanos plans to put into a shiny Infinity Gauntlet will unleash the unlimited power and open the gate for Infinity War. We've already seen five of the stones in previous films.

Thanos and the six Soul Gems

In the Infinity War trailer, we can see Thanos has the Tesseract,  the Space Stone but we don’t have confirmation on how he obtained it.

In Thor: The Dark World, the Reality Stone Sif and Volstagg bring into The Collector for safekeeping. And the Collector ominously says, “One down, five to go.” So now one has to watch how Thanos will put his hands on it.

So the power stone is already there with Thanos as we can see it there in the trailer itself. The Guardians of the Galaxy are able to recover the stone from Ronan, encase it in a new orb, and give that orb to the Nova Corps on Xandar for safe keeping.

Mind Stone is used to resurrect Ultron who breaks the stone free from the scepter and implants in the android Vision.

The Time Stone rests inside the Eye of Agamotto pendant revealed in Doctor Strange.

The last remaining stone is the Soul Stone. In the comics, it allows the bearer to manipulate the souls of the living, opens up a gateway to an idyllic pocket universe, can steal the powers and abilities of others, and at its full potential gives the user power over all life in the universe. Black Panther provides some fairly major clues that the Soul Stone is in Wakanda.
