Congress leaders in Madhya pradesh’s Betul district have threatened Kangana that they would not allow her to shoot for a film unless she apologises to farmers for her tweets.
Kangana is shooting for her upcoming film ‘Dhakad’, which will be shot in Sarni area of Madhya Pradesh's Betul district. Before shooting for the movie kangana had met Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
The congress leaders Manoj Arya and Nekram Yadav in a memorandum wrote "If Kangana Ranaut did not apologise by Friday evening for her comments against the ongoing farmers' protest on Delhi borders, she would not be allowed to shoot at Sarni"
Immediately reacting to the threat Home Minister, Narottam Mishra said "I had a telephonic talk with the Betul Superintendent of Police. Law will take its own course and will be adhered to. I am trying to contact behan-beti Kangana. She won't face any problem,"
Recently twitter had deleted a few tweets of Kangana and claimed it to be hate speech.
These tweets were related to the farmer protest going on in India and the counterblast of the tweets made by international celebrities.
