The medical reports of ‘Beyhadh’ actor Piyush Sahdev hint that the actor is guilty of the rape charges filed against him. The actor is currently in legal custody after his bail plea was rejected by the court.
As per sources, the report further states that the investigation is underway and a charge sheet on the same is being prepared. Piyush was arrested in the last week of November after an actress filed an FIR at the Versova Police Station and accused him of rape.
Kiran Vasantrao Kale, senior inspector, Versova police station confirmed the news to a leading daily and said, "Yes, he has been charged with rape. An FIR was lodged against him on November 20. After investigations, we arrested him on November 22. He was produced in court on the same day and has been sent to police custody till November 27."
When the leading daily contacted Piyush's estranged wife Akangsha Rawat, she replied back saying, "I am not in touch with Piyush since almost 4 months, we separated six months back, so I have no idea if this news is true."
