‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ is still not over with their darling colleague Dr Hathi aka Kavi kumar Azad’s untimely death. And now they’ve decided to cancel the celebrations of the show’s 10th anniversary.
Yes, the iconic show is completing 10 long years on 28th July with maintaining its position on top in the TRP charts. But because of the sudden demise of Dr Hansraj Hathi due to heart attack the makers have called off the celebration.
As per reports, a small puja maybe organised on the sets but the gala party has been cancelled.
It seems the makers have also dropped the idea of shooting the next schedule of the show at the famous Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu. According to sources producer Asit Modi after visiting the place felt that it was impossible to shoot there with such a huge cast. As of now, there is no clarity on whether a new actor will fill in the spot left by Azad. Buzz was Nirmal Soni who earlier played the role would be approached. But he said that no one called him so far.
