'Dhadak' title track: Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter's chemistry is as mesmerizing as the song

Directed by Shashank Khaitan, 'Dhadak' is the official remake of popular Marathi film 'Sairat'. The story revolves around Ishaan as Madhur and Janhvi as Parthavi, who explore their love story in a casteist society. Unlike the original Marathi film Sairat, Dhadak is set in Rajasthan. 

It's a great news for all those who're excited for Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khattar's Bollywood debut film 'Dhadak'.  The first song of the film is out and about and it is as vibrant as any Dharma Production.

Yes, composed by Ajay-Atul the soulful title track has been sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Ajay Gogavale. The lyrics have been penned down by Amitabh Bhattacharya. 

The picturisation of the song sees Janhvi and Ishaan romancing through the beautiful palaces and locations of Udaipur. The chemistry between the two seems fresh and is beautiful to look at.

Sairat won accolades for its raw portrayal of society including the Special Mention National Award to its actress Rinku Rajput while 'Dhadak' might have a bit more of grandeur and colours hailing from Dharma Productions. The film has been shot at the beautiful locales of Udaipur and till now, cast-pictures indicate a strong chemistry between Ishaan and Jhanvi. 

'Dhadak' is all set to release on July 20.
