  “Avoid taking cold food, cigarettes, alcohol, excess salt and sugar . To enhance immunity eat 8 to 9 leaves of Tulsi & ginger daily in empty stomach. After every meal add foods especially rich in vitamin C,D,Zinc & fibber like Orange, Grapes, blueberries, mushroom& few nuts.

Eat more vegetables. Lime water intake is essential to safeguard  the body. Turmeric with milk  boost  immune system ”said a nutritionist Suchismita Behera. Moreover water plays a key role in removing toxin from the body. Frequent drinking of water helps to carry oxygen to body cells for proper functioning of system.

Why & How Exercise Encrease Immunity

Exercise is important s for good immunity.  A few exercise can be done like skipping, drill, pranayam, surya namaskar, staircase climbing, warm up and body preparatory at home. These exercises are average in nature. “A single session of 30 to 45 min  can boost the effectiveness of vaccine with compromised immune system..While muscle  provide strength to body and cardio improve stamina.

It  blows out bacteria from lung , airways & reduce a chance of of getting Cold, Flu or other illness. Exercise causes change in antibodies & White blood cells that fight diseases ”said Hari pattnaik a physical expert.
