Man facing dozen cases flees from thana toilet

Agra: A 30-year-old man, facing a dozen cases in Agra and Mathura districts, escaped from Trans Yamuna police station on the pretext of going to the toilet. He escaped from a gap on the toilet wall even as a constable stood guard outside. Salman, was arrested by Agra police following a tip-off from their Mathura counterparts. ACP RK Singh said, "It is a case of negligence by the staff on duty. Appropriate action will be taken against the guilty."
