VBA may contest 48 LS seats: Ambedkar

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA) president Prakash Ambedkar on Friday said his party has started holding public meetings as part of its preparation for the general as well as assembly elections. He added that currently his party has an alliance with the Uddhav Thackeray camp. If there is no alliance with any party in the state then we will contest on all 48 Lok Sabha seats, he said.The VBA president went on to state that he cannot rule out the possibility of any large-scale violence taking place in the country ahead of the elections. My appeal would be that the people should have patience and maintain peace, irrespective of the situation that may arise, Ambedkar said. The park, which will be inaugurated soon, will provide green space and recreational facilities for local residents. The renovation work included strengthening the compound wall, adding childrens play equipment, a meeting hall, and a replica of Kondapalli elephant ambari. The park also features a cable bridge with LED lighting. The project was funded by the 14th finance commission and the VMC general fund.
