SCR to run special trains to Pandharpur

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: In order to clear an extra rush of passengers visiting the temple town of Pandharpur during the upcoming Kartiki Ekadashi, the South Central Railway (SCR) has announced six unreserved special trains from parts of Marathwada.Bidar-Pandharpur special train will ply on November 22. In the return direction, the train (07518) will leave from Pandharpur on the next day.The SCR has also announced a special unreserved train on the Adilabad - Pandharpur – Adilabad (07501 / 07502) route.A similar unreserved special train will also play on the Pandharpur – Nanded - Pandharpur (07531 / 07532) route. It will depart on November 23 and return on November 26.The Kartiki Ekadashi, which falls on November 23 this year, witnesses a large gathering of devotees at Pandharpur, a pilgrim site from Solapur district.We also published the following articles recentlyCR to run 7 additional festival special trains to cater to rush of passengersCentral Railway will be operating seven additional festival specials to accommodate the extra rush of passengers during the Puja/Diwali/Chhath festivals. The routes and schedules of these trains have been announced, with stops at various stations along the way.Cricket World Cup fever: Central Railway and WR to run special trainsIn preparation for the Cricket World Cup final in Gujarat, special trains will be operated by Western and Central Railway. The Bandra Terminus - Ahmedabad Special will depart from Bandra Terminus on Saturday and arrive in Ahmedabad the next day. Similarly, the Ahmedabad - Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Ahmedabad on Monday and arrive at Bandra Terminus the same day. Central Railway will also operate special express trains between CSMT and Ahmedabad.Bharat Gaurav train to run for tourists from Mumbais CSMT from November 17Indian Railways is set to launch the Bharat Gaurav train on November 17, which will take tourists on a circular route covering various destinations. The train, operated by IRCTC, will showcase the cultural and religious heritage of India to both domestic and international tourists. The tour package will include options for economy, comfort, and deluxe accommodations, as well as meals, transportation, and stay. The train will depart from CSMT and return on November 25.
