The complainant gave an application to police after which a case was registered, police said, adding, the accused would be nabbed once the investigation proceeds. Police said Santosh Patidar (35), a resident of E/7, Arera Colony, is complainant in the case while Arvind Patidar and Manoj Patidar are the accused. Police said the complainant, a property dealer, bought a shop and a flat in 2010 for which he paid Rs 17 lakh in 2012 and was given receipt in return by the accused.However, the accused did not register the properties in his name neither gave him the possession. Complainant stated to cops since the accused were known to him, he trusted them.Elderly woman’s gold chain snatched:A 65-year-old woman was robbed of her gold chain in Ahinsa Vihar while she was heading towards a temple on Thursday evening.According to the complaint filed by the victim, Sumitra Singh, she had just locked her house and started for the temple along with her two daughterin-laws. As they walked a few steps, two masked men on bike zoomed past. In no time, the bikers returned and snatched the Sumitra’s gold chain. She tried to chase them, but before the men fled. Sumitra suffered scratches on her neck in the incident, said police.
