Mohiniattam mesmerises Bhopalis at Tribal Museum

Under the weekly series of Uttaradhikar at the Madhya Pradesh Tribal Museum Mohiniattam performance enthralled the entire audience. The events rated with mirdangam player P Jaya Bhaskar who is a disciple of Padma Shri Dr Yella Venkasteswara Rao. After this was the captivating Mohiniattam performance by renowned artists Jayaprabah Menon. The performance was dedicated to lord Shiva and how he is present in nature. The performance culminated by a musical prelude in Raag Malkauns which was composed by him only.

The performance culminated by a musical prelude in Raag Malkauns which was composed by him only. The atmosphere became magical and the audience swayed on the melodious tunes. After this was the captivating Mohiniattam performance by renowned artists Jayaprabah Menon. The performance was dedicated to lord Shiva and how he is present in nature.
