BHOPAL: Kamal Nath would take oath as the 18th chief minister of Madhya Pradesh on Monday. Congress president Rahul Gandhi, chief ministers of several states including Chandrababu Naidu ( Andhra Pradesh ), HD Kumaraswamy (Karnataka) and Capt Amrinder Singh (Punjab) are likely to attend the function. He would be administered oath of office and secrecy at a grand open function on Jamboree Ground here by the governor, Anandi Ben Patel. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, NCP chief Sharad Pawar, rebel JD (U) leader Sharad Yadav are also likely to participate in the function along with DMK leader from Tamil Nadu, M K Stalin and MK Kanimozhi.BSP supremo, Mayawati is unwell and has expressed her inability to attend the swearing-in while West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee will be represented by her party MP Dinesh Trivedi. He would take oath alone.
