Vyapam accused get Rigorous Imprisonment Bhopal: The Special Judge, Vyapam Cases, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) has sentenced Dinesh Kushwah, the candidate and Mukesh Kushwah, the impersonator, both to undergo five-year Rigorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs 3,700 each in a case related to Vyapam. CBI had registered a case on August 07, 2015 in pursuance to the orders dated July 09, 2015 passed by Supreme Court of India and taken over the investigation of the FIR, earlier registered at Police Station Poorsa, Morena against two accused. It was alleged that the accused persons were involved in cheating by way of impersonation in the PCRT 2012 examination conducted by Vyapam. After investigation, a chargesheet was filed on October 31, 2016 in the Designated Court. The Court found the accused persons guilty and convicted them.
