For the prevention of COVID-19 epidemic in the State, continuous supplies of essential items and medicines are being made in all the districts. Instructions have been issued by the Government to set up a team under the leadership of deputy collector level officer in each district to ensure that these materials reach people and health institutions in time. These teams will report to the Collector daily. Representatives of Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) have been appointed as District Coordinator in each district and the medical college. These teams will extend support for stock management. These teams will work as a single point of contact for coordination with state level by the district and will keep in touch with the state level monitoring team as required. All Chief Medical and Health Officers, Civil Surgeons and Medical College of state have been instructed to issue indent to CMHO Bhopal as soon as the material is received. All of them have been asked to update stock of material received on portal online. Supply arrangements will be ensured to all district on the basis of this stock updation from Bhopal.
