In the district according to the instructions of the State Government, a total of 19 fever clinics have been started in Ujjain district for pre-identification of corona virus infection. Collector Ashish Singh said that people who have symptoms of cough, fever and mild breathlessness in less than 10 days, they could visit fever clinics Clinic and get their treatment done. He informed that diagnosis facility will also be available in these fever clinics. The collector has said that the flu OPD started in private nursing homes in the district in the past will also continue. The Collector informed that the Fever Clinic will be operated according to protocols such as the first waiting room, second examination room and separate arrangements for going out and coming. These include use of N-95 triple layer surgical mask, faceshield, hand gloves. On admission of every patient, fever will also be checked with senitised thermal gun. Fever Clinic District Hospital Ujjain, Civil Hospital Madhav Nagar, Civil Hospital, Jeevajiganj, Civil Dispensary Chhatrichauk, Urban Primary Health Center Bhairavgarh, Urban Primary Health Center Sanjay Nagar, Urban Primary Health Center Adarsh Nagar, Community Health Center Narwar, Community Health Center Ghatia, Civil Hospital Badnagar, Community Health Center Ingoria, Civil Hospital Nagda, Civil Hospital Khacharaud, Civil Hospital Mahidpur, Community Health Center Jharda and Community Health Center have been started. Dr Mahavir Khandelwal, Chief Medical and Health Officer, said that if cold, cough, fever patients have mild discomfort in breathing and SPO-2 (oxygen saturation) is more than 94 percent, then there is no possibility of Covid in such people.
