Depressed unemployed man hangs self

Depressed over unemployment, a 26-year-old man committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling at his house in Shiv Nagar under Chhola Mandir police station area on Thursday. Police said that the deceased, Rajkumar Mehta, committed suicide at his house. The deceased used to work as a contractual worker with the BMC. The police registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation. The statements of family and friends are yet to be recorded which could help in the investigation, said police
