Vasco: A complaint was filed against chairman of Mormugao Port Trust (MPT), I Jeyakumar with the Vasco police, on Saturday, for MPT's statement referring to Goans at the public hearing as "outsiders".The complaint was filed by convener of Goa Against Coal, Custodio D'Souza, who said that the sentiments of the people of the state had been hurt.
