Indore Man arrested for stuffing puppy in polybag throwing in nullah

Indore: The police registered a complaint against a person named Tausif for stuffing a puppy in a polythene bag and throwing it in nullah to die. The puppy would have died had not an animal lover noticed and rushed to its rescue. Sadar Bazar police station staff registered an FIR against the person under Sections 428 429 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) following a complaint lodged by animal rights activist Priyanshu Jain.
