Several UTDs yet to confirm participation in CUET to DAVV

Indore: Despite repeated reminders from university administration, several teaching departments at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) have failed to confirm their participation in the upcoming Common University Entrance Test (CUET).This has left the university in a fix, as the formation of CUET committee and provision of department-specific details to the National Testing Agency (NTA) remains pending.The university need to submit the final confirmation, including grouping of courses, to the NTA by December 15.Expressing concern over the delayed response CUET chairman at DAVV Dr Kanhaiya Ahuja said, So far, some departments have confirmed their participation, while many are yet to do so. We will be calling a meeting soon to finalise CUET participation. Additionally, details of the subjects and domains for student assessment must be shared with the NTA by December 15.The department heads in a meeting on December 1 were instructed by vice-chancellor prof Renu Jain to submit their confirmations along with list of courses to be included in CUET by December 6.
