The modus operandi of the gang is to provide 'solvers', who impersonate the candidates and appear for the examination on their behalf," police said. "The accused were identified as Durgesh Kumar of Madhbani district of Bihar, Rajesh Kumar, of Allahabad and Nitish Kumar of Aurangabad Bihar," said a senior STF official. "The arrests have been made from Kalyanpur area of the city.

STF have recovered three mobile phones, three admit cards, two fake voter ID cards, four Aadhar cards, cash worth Rs 2,490 and two ATM cards.The gang used to take Rs 5 to 6 lakh from each candidate and send fake examinees as impersonators to appear for the ongoing Group-D examination of the railways which started in September. "The accused were identified as Durgesh Kumar of Madhbani district of Bihar, Rajesh Kumar, of Allahabad and Nitish Kumar of Aurangabad Bihar," said a senior STF official.
