Martyred CRPF jawan’s wife joins as junior clerk in Etawah

Kanpur: Gita Devi, wife of martyr CRPF jawan Ram Vakil, who was killed in Pulwama terror attack on February 14, joined as a junior clerk in the office of Chief Development Officer (CDO) in Etawah district on Friday.“Gita, accompanied by her son Arpit, arrived at the CDO office on Friday and joined the post of junior clerk,” said CDO, Etawah, Pramod Kumar Srivastava.Ram Vakil, resident of Mainpuri, is survived by wife Gita and three sons.
“As Gita and her three children has been staying with her parents in Etawah for the past two years, she had requested Etawah as her work place, and her request was approved by the senior authorities,” said CDO.To recall, Ruby Kamal, wife of martyr Shyam Babu of Derapur area of Kanpur Dehat, who was killed in the Pulwama attack, too had joined as a junior clerk in the office of DM, Kanpur Dehat, a couple of days ago.
