Anjali, Vikas emerge as fastest runners

Kanpur: Anjali Kumari and Vikas Bhardwaj emerged as the fastest runners of the athletics meetorganized by the Masters Athletics Association and Ordnance Factory Employees Association at Armarena stadium here on Sunday. Ajay Singh, in-charge director of the Ordnance factory inaugurated the meet in which around 2000 athletes participated. In the 100- metre girls event Anjali Kumara emerged as first.Vaishnavi Goswami and Amrita Yadav stood at the second and third place respectively. In the boys group Mohd Hadin and Piyush Rathore got the second and third places respectively. In the cricket ball throw event, Prince Yadav, Naman Kumar and Uday Singh stood at first, second and third places respectively. Similarly in the girls event, Ragini, Shifa and T.
