Kanpur: On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, the Kanpur Development Authority is conducting e-auction of the 608 plots generated on land freed from illegal encroachment by land mafia in various localities of the city. The land, under planning area, has been covered by a boundary wall.According to KDA PRO S B Rai, biddingfor e-auction will take place between November 10 and December 10 and those interested may bid for residential plots in Barra-6, KUDPP Prerna Vihar, Swarn Jayanti vihar in Barra-8, Highway city, Sakarapur and Daheli Sujanpur.Similarly, commercial plots are available for auction at the Jahnvi- Bhagirathi scheme.The KDA had reserved minimum price for residential plots from 30 to 200 sq mtrs as Rs 17,580 per sq mtr and for residential plot at Rs 33,695 per sq mtr.
