The court clerks report suggested sending the HC order to the police for necessary proceedings. The accuseds lawyers presented the certified copy of the HC order in court. Diwakar, along with several others, was charged with land grabbing and abetment to commit suicide. He had applied for anticipatory bail, claiming his innocence and presenting evidence of his whereabouts during the incident. The police will file a detailed reply in the high court.
