Kanpur: After a video of a cow being attacked mercilessly went viral on social media, the police have detained its owner. In the video, the man could be seen beating a cow very mercilessly.Investigation revealed that the video was from the Barra area of the city. As per its owner, he was beating the animal with a stick to bring it under control.
