MaduraiThe III Additional District Judge (PCR) here sentenced two persons to life and imposed a fine of ?5,000 on both for kidnap and murder. Judge R. Shanmugasundaram awarded the sentence on Tuesday to Saddam Hussain of Pammal and Suresh of Melamadai, who had kidnapped and murdered Karuppasamy of Ramanathapuram and made away with his ornaments in 2015. K. Pudur police had filed the charge sheet.
