Mangalore University exams postponed till Further Update, PG on Hold

Mangalore University postponed exams due to the covid surge. 

In the Covid19 surge, Mangalore University, which had announced a timetable for the degree exams, could not hold them.

At the same time, deemed to be universities have conducted online tests and published the results. In a number of such institutions, the admission process for the postgraduate courses has begun. As a result, many students of colleges under the university lament the fact that they are not able to join the courses of their choice in specific institutions.

Mangalore University falls under the ministry for higher education. As such, it cannot conduct any activity including examination without the instructions of the government. Therefore, degree exams could not be held because of lockdown, said registrar (examinations), Dr P L Dharma.
