The protest in the state has gone widespread over the OBC quota.
The BJP Party in Maharashtra held statewide agitation against the Uddhav Government. BJP workers and OBC leaders took this to the streets in Mumbai, Thane, Nagpur, Pune, Aurangabad, Nashik.
The agitation will be organized in Pune under the leadership of Pankaja Munde. BJP launched the Jail Bharo protest demanding the restoration of 27% political reservation for the OBC community. In this, around 100,000 workers will hold the Jail Bharo Andolan in the state, on 26th June.
The OBC community has lost the reservation to the negligence of the Uddhav Thackeray-led government.
