Over 250 flats worth 100cr booked during expo

Nashik: The five-day property expo, organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai), Nashik, witnessed several spot bookings. Credai also expects good business in the coming few months. Over 250 flats, collectively worth Rs 100crore, were booked during five days of the expo held at the Thakkers dome near ABB Circle on Trimbak Road.The property expo registered a footfall of 23,000 people and got hundreds of genuine enquiries that are likely to generate business in the coming few months.Krunal Patil, president, CREDAI Nashik said there was a positive mood in the real estate sectors due to festive season. Over 300 residential and commercial projects by over 80 builders were displayed at the expo, he said. Many builders planned site visits to their building projects. Over 650 site visits were done during five days of they expo. We are expecting at least 100 of them to be converted into booking of flats, another CREDAI official said.
