Ojhar air stn gets new commodore

Nashik: Air Commodore Ashutosh Vaidya has assumed command of Air Force Station (AFS), Ojhar in the district, replacing Air Commodore RK Khazanchi. A statement released by Air Force Station, Ojhar said, He has also successfully undergone the prestigious light/jet engine mishap course from USA. He has served in flying stations, operational squadrons, and Base Repair Depots (BRD).He was conferred with commendation by the air officer commanding-in-chief in 2004 and commendation by the Chief of the Air Staff in 2008 for his dedication, hard work and professional acumen.Air Commodore Vaidya is trained on multiple front-line fighter aircraft and was commissioned in the Indian Air Force on September 30, 1991.We also published the following articles recentlyDelhi Air Pollution: Tiny air pollutants put young at stroke riskAir pollution is increasing the risk of stroke in young and healthy individuals, according to doctors. Several construction sites have been issued notices for violating guidelines such as not having 25ft metal sheets around the perimeter, improper covering of construction sites, and lack of pollution monitors. The BMC has given a deadline of 15-30 days for builders to comply with the guidelines or face a complete halt in their work. The guidelines also apply to infrastructure projects by the government and corporations.
