Godse condemns Bhujbal’s remarks against Maratha quota & Jarange

Nashik: Shiv Sena MP Hemant Godse has condemned food and supply minister Chhagan Bhujbals comments against the Maratha reservation demand and activist Manoj Jarange.Godse claimed the minister from NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) presented wrong data and facts about the OBC population and the reservation for them.All the claims made about the Maratha community were far from reality.Bhujbal has unnecessarily criticized the community and its leaders who are demanding reservation. He (Bhujbal) also presented wrong facts about the reservation to the OBC community, Godse said. Jarange stated that Marathas should be included in the OBC quota and rejected the idea of separate reservation for Marathas. Bhujbal criticized the police forces morale after cases were withdrawn and demanded a caste-based census. Pankaja Munde and Atul Save did not attend the OBC rally, with Munde expressing her support for the event but not attending.Allegations against the Bhujbals: Activist approached Sule for helpAnti-corruption activist Anjali Damania has accused NCP MP Supriya Sule of not taking action against Chhagan Bhujbal, who allegedly seized a bungalow belonging to the Fernandes family. Damania claimed that Sule initially verified the allegations and called for meetings, but no progress was made. Bhujbals nephew, Sameer, is now claiming that the money cannot be paid as the property has been attached by the ED. Damania has issued a 48-hour ultimatum for Bhujbal to transfer the money and has requested the involvement of the chief minister and deputy chief ministers. Bhujbal has denied the allegations.
