Nashik: Maharashtra NCP (Sharad Pawar faction) president Jayant Patil held the state government responsible for the ongoing rift between the Maratha and OBC communities on the reservation issue.Patil was in Jalgaon on Thursday to participate in the partys tractor rally to highlight the agrarian crisis in the state.The state government has failed to spell out its stand clearly on the Maratha reservation issue.This has led to confusion among the people of both communities.
