Patna HC relief to SP ‘fined’ by rights panel

On the basis of the BHRC order, the home department on October 27, 2016 directed the DGP to recover 20% of the fine from Dhillon’s salary.A bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh ordered no coercive action against Dhillon and also issued a notice to Ravindra Singh who had approached the BHRC against the alleged poor investigation into the case of kidnapping in which he was one of the accused.
