Complaint against Patna Police team

In the complaint letter, the names of Inspector Kaiser Yasin, Manoranjan Bharti, Sub Inspector Nishant and Durgesh are registered as accused. It is alleged that Patna Police had no right to conduct an investigation in Mumbai. The Patna Police should have lodged a `zero FIR` and transferred the case to the Mumbai Police. But not doing this, Patna Police officers came to Mumbai and started investigating themselves.

Accused of obstructing government work

The complainant has accused the Patna police team of obstructing government work. Mumbai Police`s image tarnished. For this reason, they have filed an FIR against the Patna Police team and demanded action.
