With the effect of the second wave of Corona subsiding, preparations have started to bring academic activities back on track in the universities of Bihar.

Patna University (PU) is waiting for instructions from Raj Bhavan to enroll in the first year of graduation. In view of the corona infection, the university administration has decided not to take the entrance test for enrollment this year.

On the other hand, Patliputra University is waiting for the release of CBSE Class XII results before starting the enrollment process for undergraduates.

This time the proposal has been sent to the Raj Bhavan after getting the seal of the Academic Council, Syndicate of the university on the proposal to postpone the entrance examination in the enrollment.

After approval from there, the university administration will take online applications from the students. In this, the admission of the students will be taken on the basis of the marks of Inter.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Girish Kumar Chaudhary said that all the preparations have been done for the nomination.

The decision to not take the entrance examination this year has been taken by the Academic Council and the Syndicate in view of possible problems in the conduct of the examination due to corona infection and to regularize the session.

The proposal has been sent to Raj Bhavan. The process of nomination will be started as soon as the green signal is received from the Raj Bhavan.

After the 12th result of the Central Council of Secondary Education (CBSE), Patliputra University will take admission in the first year of graduation.

Patliputra University Registrar Prof. Jitendra Kumar Singh said that there is no provision for entrance test for enrollment in PPU.

In our university, many children of CBSE also enroll in graduation. In such a situation, the date of online application for enrollment will be announced as soon as the result of CBSE 12th examination comes.

Before this, all the necessary preparations are being made by the university.
