"The main reason for amendment is that the state government has no funds for execution of the electoral promises due to which they found a way to use the funds allocated to the panchayats by central government by forming a separate committee even when panchayats in Bihar already have lok nirman samiti which altogether executes 29 different types of project starting from agriculture, lighting, burial cremation grounds and several others," Singh said.He also said that an emergency meeting of all the mukhiyas in the state has been called over the issue on Wednesday.
