Ramgarh: Tension simmered at Mael village of Chitarpur block under the Rajrappa police station on Saturday, a day after a group from a minority community attacked 12 students, including girls, of a government school. The students were allegedly targeted for protesting against the harassment and eve-teasingof women and were forced to raise religious slogans.The injured students are currently undergoing treatment at theRamgarh district hospital.Reacting to the incident, BJP state president Babulal Marandi accused chief minister Hemant Soren of failing to address the deteriorating law and order situation in the state.
