DMDK leader Sudeesh among seven acquitted

The Gandhi Market police booked them under sections 143 and 299 of the IPC, read with Section 71 (xi) of the Tamil Nadu City Police Act.Police registered a case against the DMDK deputy general secretary and six others, including the party's urban district secretary Ganesh, for distributing ‘Nilavembu Kudineer’ to people without getting permission from the concerned authorities. Trichy: The Trichy judicial magistrate court V on Friday acquitted Desiysa Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (DMDK) deputy general secretary L K Sudeesh and six other party men in a case registered against them by the Trichy city police for causing inconvenience to the public by blocking vehicular traffic in the city on October 13, 2017.When the case came for the final hearing before the Judicial Magistrate in Court V, the judge pronounced the judgement here on Friday.
