Vadodara: In view of the ‘Bharat Bandh’ call given by the Congress party, many schools in city have decided to observe holiday on Monday.Managements of many schools senet out messages late on Sunday night through mobile applications, sms and WhatsApp groups among the parents to intimate them about the holiday.The schools that will observe holiday include Delhi Public School, New Era Senior Secondary School, D R Amin Memorial School, St Kabir School, Baroda High School and Nalanda International School among others.The school managements informed the parents that keeping in mind the safety and security of the students, they have decided to observe holiday.It is worth mentioning that many schools had also scheduled examinations on Monday, but they have informed the parents that a revised schedule will be sent later.
