He also said people should also have will to solve the problem.Ravindran, who has also been associated with police departments of Delhi and Kerala, believes that the cops need to be taught counselling. Ravindran was called to Jammu & Kashmir in 1990s by the then government to address the youth of the state to encourage them to find employment.“It is not only about one state, even the youth in other states need to have goals and hopes and kept busy and this can happen only if there are proper schemes and programmes,” he added.
