Vadodara/Anand: Four persons belonging to Khergam village of Navsari district died in an accident near Dantali village of Petlad taluka on Tarapur-Dharmaj Road in Anand district in the wee hours of Monday.The members of Patel family and their relatives were returning to their village after a tour to various towns and cities of Saurashtra when a fast moving truck rammed into their car from the opposite side. Police sources said Rajesh Patel had rented a car from their village for a tour to Salangpur, Bhavnagar, Somnath, Dwarka and Girnar.The family, which had left on the tour on August 31, was on its way back to their village after offering prayers at Chamunda Mata Temple at Chotila on Sunday morning.When their car reached near Dantali village past midnight, a truck rammed into their vehicle which left three persons dead on the spot while eight other passengers received injuries.
