Civica expands Vadodara office to support international growth

VADODARA: The Civica Group , a market leader in critical software applications, digital solutions and outsourcing services that help organisations transform the way they work, has announced the expansion of its offices in Vadodara. This latest expansion more than doubles the capacity of the site to support the growth of the group's software development and digital project activities across its business internationally.Vadodara-based Civica joined the Civica Group following the company's acquisition of digital government specialist SFW in 2016. "We continue with investments to develop and support the team around the world, and this latest expansion to our Vadodara office will enable us to extend our market-leading software and digital services capability even further," Phill Rowland , chief financial officer of Civica, was quoted as saying in the press release. The Indian development centre provides modern application development, innovation, support and testing services, providing an important platform to support Civica's continued business growth.Within just one year of joining Civica, the Vadodara office has expanded significantly and is now embarking upon a new chapter of growth to increase its strength and breadth of expertise including project management, digital development and business analysis. "With the official inauguration of the new office this month, which will accommodate a further 150 employees, Civica India already has its sights set on continuing its journey of growth, with plans to sustain further developments and to grow operations further in 2018," a release issued by the firm said.
